The theme for this styled shoot will feature burgundy, pomegranates, and peach tones, and we are looking for creative professionals to help make this vision a reality. - Date of Shoot: February 16, 2025
- Location: C&C by the Lake
- Shoot Duration: 12pm-6pm (2 hour slots for photographers)

Vendor Requirements:
- Cost/Compensation:
Photographers are required to pay a $100 participation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of the materials for the shoot and ensures that all participants receive high-quality images of their work for portfolio use and promotion. This fee must be submitted upon selection.- Photographers Fee: $100
- For all other vendors (non-photographers), participation is free of charge.
- Photographer Deliverables:
Photographers are required to deliver fully edited photos within three weeks after the shoot. These images will be used for promotional purposes and must be of high quality. - Timeliness and Participation:
All participants are expected to show up on time and participate during their scheduled time slots. It is crucial that all vendors, models, and participants adhere to the timeline to ensure the shoot runs smoothly. Failure to adhere to the schedule could result in removal from the event. - Social Media/Promotion:
Vendors will be asked to tag and credit other participants on social media platforms as part of the promotion for the shoot. Please ensure that you are comfortable with this expectation. - Collaborative Approach:
We are looking for vendors who are open to creative collaboration, sharing ideas, and working together to bring the vision of the shoot to life.

Once your application has been submitted, our team will review all applications and notify selected vendors by January, 15, 2025. Please note that due to the limited nature of the styled shoot, we may not be able to accept all applications.
- Participation in the shoot as a vendor
- Payment of the photographer fee ($100) upon selection
- Delivery of fully edited photos within three weeks (for photographers)
- Adherence to the shoot schedule and participation during your slotted time
- Ability to work within the theme and aesthetic outlined above
