How many guests does your all inclusive wedding package accommodate?

Our All-Inclusive Wedding Package accommodates up to 225 guests, while C&C by the Lake can host events of up to 325 guests total. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, our lakeside property offers plenty of space for both your ceremony and reception. With flexible indoor and outdoor settings, you can choose the backdrop that best fits your vision—cozy and close-knit or full and festive.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book C&C by the Lake about 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall Saturdays.

If you’re flexible with your date (Fridays, Sundays, or weekday micro weddings and elopements), you may find openings 6–9 months out—or even sooner for last-minute celebrations. We LOVE last-minute weddings, that’s where we really shine! The best advice: reach out as soon as you have a date or season in mind so we can share current availability and hold your spot.

How do we reserve a date?

To reserve your event at C&C by the Lake, the process is straightforward and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll start by scheduling a tour so you can see the property and talk through your vision. After that, you’ll email us to receive our kickoff questionnaire; completing it places a two-week soft hold on your date while we create a vision board, price your florals and food based on your preferences and guest count, and prepare your digital contract. Once you sign the contract and submit your deposit, your date is officially reserved. We encourage you to reach out for additional details, current availability, and customized options for your wedding or event.

What is the payment schedule?

We require a $1,000 refundable deposit to hold your date. This deposit is returned after your event, provided there is no damage to the property. From there, we divide your balance into even payments due up until 30 days before your event. It’s that simple—one contract, one vendor, and a consistent monthly payment. If you prefer to pay in larger lump sums instead of monthly, we’re happy to structure a payment plan that works best for you.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and online bank payments (with a 1.5% processing fee). Credit cards are also welcome and can be used with a 3.2% processing fee.

Can we add additional services?

We offer a variety of experience enhancements so you can customize your day and make it truly unforgettable. Add a photography second shooter or a video highlight reel to capture even more moments. Elevate your celebration with cocktail hour food, additional floral designs, a dessert bar, or even a live painting of your ceremony or first dance. You can also upgrade your space and guest experience with cabin rentals, a 20×20 white tent, dance floor, party room, or stage. For a truly spectacular ending, consider adding a firework show over the lake to close out the night in unforgettable fashion.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

You’re not strictly required to use our vendors, but the reason our all-inclusive package works so well is because we’ve carefully selected a team that works beautifully together. Our preferred vendors know the space, the flow of the timeline at C&C by the Lake, and how to work seamlessly as a team, which helps us deliver the experience we promise. With each change in vendor, we can’t fully guarantee that same level of coordination. That said, if you choose to bring an outside photographer, we will credit $800 toward that service, and $500 if you choose your own DJ. Cake may be provided by an outside baker, and catering is negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

Can you provide a line by line breakdown on your package?

We’ve negotiated private rates (better for you!), and included several items at no additional charge into the package. Because these details are privately negotiated, we can’t break it down for you, but we can say you are saving more than $3,000 if you were to book these services on their own!

How do rehearsals work?

Prior to your wedding, we’ll create a fully detailed timeline so everyone knows exactly what to expect. Saturday weddings may add a Friday rehearsal to their package for a nominal fee, as long as the venue has not booked another event within three months of your date. If a Friday rehearsal isn’t available, rehearsals for Saturday and Sunday all-inclusive weddings will take place on the day of the event once all wedding party members have arrived. The bride will remain in the bridal suite getting ready while the rest of the wedding party does a quick run-through.

Do you have a rain plan?

Absolutely! At no additional charge, your coordinator will design a custom layout and plan with you in advance. This is for your peace of mind and allows for much flexibility in when that decision has to be made. With that strategic plan in place, your coordinator is able to incorporate your décor into one of two spaces while maintaining the most comfortable experience for guests.
