Day of Wedding Coordination

  • One month before the event, review vendor contracts and set up a detailed schedule for your event.
  • Discuss the order of events for the ceremony with the officiant.
  • Direct your vendors where everything will be placed and ensure that linens, décor, flowers, etc. come in according to your schedule.
  • The coordinator is responsible for organizing and directing the entrance for the wedding party.
  • The coordinator will work with the DJ to ensure music is played at the correct times.
  • The coordinator will direct the guests to where they need to go while photos are taken.
  • Ensure that activities occur according to pre-arranged plans: first dance, dinner, cake cutting, toasting, and departure.
  • Make sure that the final details have been taken care of including: giving tips and final payments to vendors, assuring the marriage license is signed, and help to determine who is responsible for cleanup (flowers, catering, linens, decor).
  • Ensuring the caterer and bartender clean his/her area.
  • Directing services on the wedding day for a maximum of eight hours.
  • Additional time is billed at the rate of $50 per hour
  • Add setup for $200
  • Add cleanup for $500
