Portraits & Pours: Where Wedding Planning Meets Creativity

Set against the scenic backdrop of our Cabot, Arkansas venue, Portraits and Pours gave couples the chance to explore personalized table setups, sip signature cocktails crafted by mixologist Zach Strange, and take home caricatures by local artist Jared Hogue. The warm, relaxed atmosphere encouraged couples to dream big about their wedding day while enjoying unique, creative touches.

Next, we’re excited to announce our partnership with C.A.S.T. for Kids, coordinated by @hunter_baughman_fishing. Dedicated to children of all abilities, this event promises a day of fishing, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Even better, every participant will receive their own fishing gear—completely free of charge. At C&C by the Lake, we love hosting events that bring both joy and purpose to our community.

Real Wedding Spotlight: The Tripp Wedding – Elegance Meets Resilience

One of our most memorable weddings was the Tripp celebration. Their black-and-white vision featured pampas grass, feathers, bold florals, and glowing marquee lights. Yet, just hours before the event, a 100-year flood swept through the area, cutting power and washing out roads.

Instead of panicking, our team acted quickly. We shuttled guests to safety, powered the venue with generators, and delivered the all-inclusive experience without interruption. Many guests never even realized a crisis had happened. That’s the difference a prepared, passionate wedding team makes.

The celebration stayed electric thanks to DJ Multitalented, who kept the energy high all night. Though not part of our standard package, he felt like family—and we were grateful to have him.
