Location: C&C by the Lake
Shoot Duration: 12pm-6pm (2 hour slots for photographers)

Vendor Requirements

Cost & Compensation

Photographers must pay a $100 participation fee. This fee covers materials and ensures each vendor receives high-quality images for portfolios and promotions. Payment is due upon selection.

For all other vendors, participation is free of charge.

Photographer Deliverables

Photographers must deliver fully edited photos within three weeks after the shoot. These images will be used for promotions, so quality is essential.

Timeliness & Participation

All participants must:

Arrive on time.
Follow the event schedule.
Participate during assigned time slots.

This helps keep the shoot smooth and organized. Failure to follow the timeline may result in removal from the event.

Social Media & Promotion

Vendors are expected to:

Tag and credit fellow participants.
Share images on social platforms to promote the shoot.

This ensures everyone gains exposure and recognition.
