C&C by the Lake at the 2025 Fall Arkansas Wedding Show

On September 7, 2025, C&C by the Lake joined couples, families, and top wedding professionals at the Fall Arkansas Wedding Show, hosted by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock. The event was fantastic for everyone, but especially exciting for us. With hundreds of brides and grooms-to-be in attendance, we had the perfect chance to showcase why our lakeside venue in Cabot, Arkansas remains one of Central Arkansas’s most sought-after wedding destinations.

Shades of Love: Where All Love Shines

This fall, our booth embraced the theme “Shades of Love”—because at C&C by the Lake, all love shines. Couples decorated their own sunglasses with names, wedding dates, and personal touches. Then, they stepped into our selfie booth for keepsake photos. The activity brought creativity and fun right to the forefront.

A Fun Giveaway

Even better, couples who shared their photos on social media and tagged @candcbythelake entered our #ShadesOfLove Giveaway. The prize? A free engagement photo session with one of our in-house photographers, Mitch Biscomb. It was a lively, interactive way to celebrate love while giving couples a taste of the personal touches we bring to every event.

Venue Panel Insights with Kortney Strange

During the show, venue owner Kortney Strange of C&C by the Lake took the stage alongside emcee Ebony Mitchell, Hannah Riley of the Stables of Cherokee Creek, and past C&C bride Anna Bell Burrow. Together, they shared insight on what to consider when choosing the perfect wedding venue—from touring tips and vendor selection to creating an unforgettable guest experience.
